The yellow cross
Goal: A yellow cross on top (the sides don't matter yet).
Hold your cube like the one on screen (yellow on top) and repeat the moves of each case.
Use the cube on the page: watch the cases, then practice. Turn layers by dragging a piece or with the keyboard (U D R L F B, Shift = prime).
The last layer begins. First, a yellow cross on top, no matter the side colors yet. You only need one algorithm: F R U R' U' F'.
Look only at the top edges (not the corners). You can have a dot, an L, a line or the cross already:
If the line is vertical or the L is somewhere else, turn the top layer (U) until it looks like the example.
