Two-look PLL
Goal: Every last-layer piece in its spot: the cube solved.
Hold your cube like the one on screen (yellow on top) and repeat the moves of each case.
Use the cube on the page: watch the cases, then practice. Turn layers by dragging a piece or with the keyboard (U D R L F B and M, Shift = prime). Rw is R + M'.
With the yellow face done, PLL puts every piece in its spot. In two looks: first the corners, then the edges.
Step 1: the corners
Look for headlights: two corners on the same side with the same color. If there are some, put them on the left and do the T-perm. If there are none on any side, do the Y-perm.
Step 2: the edges
Turn U until the corners match the centers and look at the edges:
If you pick the wrong direction for a U-perm, no problem: do the same algorithm again and it will work out. The trainer will teach you to tell them apart.
Practice on the cube: when you succeed, the lesson will be marked as done.
