Two-look OLL

Goal: The whole yellow face on top, without breaking the first two layers.

Hold your cube like the one on screen (yellow on top) and repeat the moves of each case.

Use the cube on the page: watch the cases, then practice. Turn layers by dragging a piece or with the keyboard (U D R L F B and M, Shift = prime). Rw is R + M'.

OLL leaves the whole yellow face on top. In two looks: first the edges (the yellow cross, like in the beginner method but faster) and then the corners.

Step 1: the edges

Step 2: the corners

Count how many corners have yellow on top and look where the others are facing. Turn U until the case looks like the example:

Start with Sune and Antisune: they are the most common, and with those two you can solve any case (by repeating them). Drill them with the algorithm trainer.

Got it?When you can do it on your cube, mark it to track your progress.

Practice on the cube: when you succeed, the lesson will be marked as done.
