A spiral that wraps around the cube.
About this pattern
A spiral of color wrapping around the cube: on each face you see a path coming in from an edge and curling up. It takes 16 moves.
It's one of the hardest patterns to do without the algorithm in front of you. Watch it step by step on the 3D cube to see how the spiral closes.
How to do it
- Start with a solved cube, with yellow on top and blue in front.
- Do these 16 moves (press the button to watch them on the cube).
- To undo it, do the algorithm backwards:
U' F' R L D L' D' R2 D2 R U R' U' D' B L.
